个人简介
2004年7月毕业于上海交通大学,2009年5月毕业于美国Univesity of Alabama at Birmingham基因治疗专业并获博士学位。2009年-2017年在美国National Institutes of Health和Albert Einstein College of Medicine等科研机构从事博士后和讲师工作,主要方向为中枢神经内分泌系统对衰老和相关病变(如肥胖、糖尿病等)的调控作用以及衰老的分子细胞机制。主要研究结果发表在Nature、Nature Cell Biology、Trends in Neuroscience、Nature Medicine、Oncogene 、Molecular Metabolism、Cell Cycle等杂志上。2018年获深圳市海外高层次人才项目B类。现任深圳大学第一附属医院(365游戏大厅)PI研究员,中国老年医学会老年病分会衰老基础医学专家委员会委员。
研究兴趣
我们的最新研究表明:以下丘脑及其神经干细胞为核心的中枢神经内分泌系统对哺乳动物衰老和寿命起中枢控制作用。我们将继续探索衰老相关重大慢性疾病(代谢、免疫、神经退行性病变)的中枢神经内分泌机制和转化应用。通过利用疾病模型小鼠、临床样本,发现并鉴定参与相关疾病调控的新分子或已知分子的新功能,探索重大慢性疾病的新靶点和新治疗策略。
